A Wintry Surprise Inside
With the new product release Tuesday, there are so many fun new products to share! I've got some new products from the September-December catalog and the new Online Exclusives in one pretty fun fold card. I love a card with a little surprise, and this one definitely has one! At first glance, it looks like a pretty winter card, but when you open it...ta-da! A shadow box pops open inside! Even better, the whole thing folds flat to fit into an envelope, so it’s easy to mail but

A Baby Shower to Remember
Last week, my heart grew in the sweetest way—I officially became a grandma! 🩷 Little Mabel has already captured all of our hearts, but the excitement actually started months earlier at her Winnie the Pooh-themed baby shower. One of my daughter-in-law's friends supplied the most incredible decorations (and even on-theme cookies), and knowing it was going to be awesome, I knew I couldn't show up with an ordinary gift. If there was ever a time to combine family and paper crafti

The $175 Must-make Card 😁
Sometimes it's fun to step outside the traditional rectangle and create a card that's a celebration before it's even opened! This banner-shaped birthday card does exactly that, and it's surprisingly easy to make with the Party Dies Bundle, which includes both the Party Banners Dies and Party Alphabet Dies. To create the card base, I started with a 4-1/4" x 11" piece of Timid Tiger cardstock, folded it in half, and positioned the fifth-largest banner die so the top edge extend

Amy's Card Sketch #103: Elegant Layers
One of my favorite things about a good card sketch is how easily it can be adapted to fit any occasion, and Amy's Card Sketch #103 is a perfect example! I featured this layout during Stamp Together Saturday, Episode 325, where we created this elegant floral thank-you card using two angled pieces of Designer Series Paper, a large focal die cut, and a simple sentiment strip. The layered design creates lots of visual interest, yet it's surprisingly quick to assemble. I go LIVE o

Christmas in July 2026 Project #1: A Quilted Christmas Fun Fold
I have such a soft spot for Christmas, so I couldn't wait to kick off my Christmas in July 2026 series! For my first project, I created this fun fold card featuring the beautiful A Stitched Season Designer Series Paper, and it was love at first sight. One of the reasons this paper immediately stole my heart is because it reminds me so much of quilting. Before I became a full-time Stampin' Up!® demonstrator, I worked at a quilt shop and spent many hours sewing quilts and other

One Sketch, Five Colorful Cards
One of my favorite parts of being a Stampin' Up!® demonstrator is finding fun ways to introduce new products—and even more fun when I can involve my team and my customers in the process! I sometimes call this process "Choose What I Use." As we welcomed the newest In Colors, I decided to turn our team meeting into a little color challenge. Stampin' Up! shared suggested color combinations for each new In Color, and instead of simply showing finished cards, I let my team decide

Technique Spotlight: Hot Foil and the New Mini Embossing Folders
Wednesday I hosted another What's Up! Stampers?+ Facebook Live, and we had a wonderful time exploring the Seasonal Cheer Mini Embossing Folders! During our one-hour class, I shared several creative techniques for getting even more from your embossing folders. Crossover Creativity with Tracy Filter + Amy's Card Sketch #101
Some friendships are just meant to be! Tracy Filter and I first met at a Stampin' Up!® Leadership event in Phoenix back in 2010, and we've been friends ever since. Even though we live miles apart, we always enjoy spending time together whenever we can. With so many years behind us, it's hard to remember ourselves this young. 😂 Recently, I was staying at Tracy's house while attending an event for my day job, and before long we were surrounded by cardstock, stamps, and Designe

Half Front Card with Silly Old Bear
Sometimes a card design comes together because of a special piece of Designer Series Paper, and that's exactly what happened with this project! I call this a Half Front Card because the upper portion of the card front has been removed, creating a fun and unexpected opening that gives a sneak peek of the details inside. For this card, I couldn't resist using the adorable scene from the Silly Old Bear Designer Series Paper as the backdrop. The sweet woodland setting creates the

A Modified Gate-fold Card with Paper Pumpkin
I have another fun alternate to share with you today using the February Paper Pumpkin kit – Celebrate Spring ! 💛 I always love stretching my kits a little further, and this one was especially fun to play with because it has all kinds of fun little spring images and die cuts. For this project, I created what I call a modified gate-fold card . It has that gate-fold feel, but the front panels don’t quite meet in the middle—which gives it a really unique look when it’s displayed
