If you are a crafty person, more than likely you have crafty friends. We are drawn to each other because of that which we have in common. If you are exchanging gifts with a crafty friend, our kits are perfect. Truly the perfect Christmas gift for your crafty friend, whether they are paper crafters or not. Crafty people will LOVE our Kits Collection and our Paper Pumpkin kits. What I love about our kits is that I don't HAVE to be creative. The projects are pre-selected, and all the supplies needed for the projects can be found in the kit. But, I CAN be creative with the items in the kit, if I so desire.
As Stampin' Up!® states about the Kits Collection:
"Experience how fun and easy creativity can be! Our paper crafting kits come with everything you need to create artistically designed handmade projects, including step-by-step instructions, pre-cut pieces, and more. Choose the kit that’s right for you from an assortment of options designed for a variety of occasions and styles. Kit selection based on availability, with new kits added regularly."
In fact, we are adding a new kit to the Kits Collection on Wednesday, December 7! Soooo sweet!
I am holding a Kit Together event on Facebook on Sunday, January 1, from 2-3pm. Order any of our kits from our Kits Collection now and set some time aside on New Year's Day to join us to get your kit put together. It will be the perfect way to start the new year!
Another fantastic gift for a crafty friend would be a Paper Pumpkin subscription. Whether it be a 1 month subscription, a month to month subscription, or anything in between, the everything-you-need-in-one-little-box again, makes the perfect gift.
One,3, 6, and 12 month pre-paid subscriptions can be purchased in my online store. Add one of these to the order you already plan to make before Christmas,or purchase them all on their own!
You can sign up yourself or a friend for a month to month subscription by heading here. The month to month subscription will automatically continue to arrive at your door until you tell it to stop. You can even skip a month on occasion, if you desire.
Like I said above, I love that our kits take the guess work out of paper crafting BUT also allow for creativity. Each month I create at least one alternate project - typically a fun fold card - with the Paper Pumpkin kit. November's kit is fantastic, as it creates 12 adorable tags.
Although I've put together many of the tags, I also wanted to use the supplies from this kit to make a card. And yes! It's a fun fold card - a cross-over gate-fold card, in fact.
Crumb Cake cardstock:
-5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored 2 1/8" from each end
Basic White cardstock:
-4" x 5 1/4"
Perfectly Penciled Designer Series Paper:
-Two pieces 1 7/8" x 5 1/4" for the front
-4" x 1/2" for the inside
Don't have the kit? The measurements of the tags are approximately 3 1/2" x 2 3/8", and the circle is 2 3/4" in diameter.
Watch me make this card below, and see the list of extra supplies I used on this card (along with links to my online store) at the bottom of this blog post.
Happy gifting!
Amy
