It's that time of year again, and I couldn't be happier to share the first official Christmas project of The 12 Projects of Christmas 2025! I have lots of fun in store for you this year, and I hope you're excited to come along for the ride!
Project #1 is a product of the stunning Modern Christmas Suite Collection from the September 2025 release of the Online Exclusives. My eyes were immediately drawn to the Suite because of the black and white in the Designer Series Paper. When I was in college, I dreamed to have black and white decor when I got my own house or apartment. I've just always loved the clean elegance of those colors, and the addition of gold in the Designer Series Paper is simply stunning.

And the card I made for Project #1 showcases all the parts of the Suite Collection just beautifully.

Paper sizes
Basic White Thick cardstock:
-4 1/4" x 11", scored in half at 5 1/2"
-Circle cut from the Ornamental Christmas Dies and the Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine
Basic Black:
-4" x 5 1/4"
Modern Christmas Designer Series Paper:
-Fussy cut two pieces of mistletoe, one longer and one shorter
Notice that I embossed the Basic Black cardstock using the Traditional Wreath 3D Embossing Folder. This folder is not a part of the Modern Christmas Suite, but the Traditions of Christmas Suite instead. I just thought it was absolutely perfect for this card. I embossed the "Merry Christmas" from the Ornamental Christmas stamp set with gold embossing powder and adhered the Large Gold Hoop using four rolled up Mini Glue Dots. In addition, I colored my mistletoe pieces using the Old Olive Stampin' Blends Markers before adhering them to the hoop, again with Mini Glue Dots. I think the final result is perfect.

Thanks for joining The 12 Projects of Christmas fun. You can see my entire list of products used on the card - along with links to the products in my online store - and watch the video tutorial here:
