First Stampiversary Giveaway

Updated: Apr 18, 2021

Have you purchased the Stamparatus? Perhaps you're not sure yet what it is or what it does. As the new 2021-2022 Annual Catalog states about the Stamparatus, "This must-have crating tool will easily have you looking like a pro. Use with both photopolymer and cling stamps to create crisp, clean, perfectly aligned stamped images - every stamp, every time."

Yes this amazing tool is a stamp positioner that makes lining up 2-step stamps a breeze!

Wednesday during What's Up! Stampers? over on Facebook, I shared how to use the Stamparatus to make the flower and the leaves on this sweet card.

Bumblebee cardstock:

-5 1/2" x 8 1/2"

Basic White cardstock:

-4" x 5 1/4"

-Scraps for flower and leaves

Pear Pizzazz cardstock:

-1 3/4" x 4"

Flowers for Every Season Designer Series Paper:

2 3/4" x 3 3/4"

To make the flower, I used the To a Wild Rose stamp set and the Wild Rose Dies. Both are retiring and discounted. More on that in a minute.

First I told the boldest image flower in the stamp set, stamped it off on a piece of grid paper, and stamped it on a piece of Basic White cardstock.

Next, place on the foam mat on the Stamparatus and lay the second step of the stamp exactly where you want it to stamp. Bring the acrylic plate down over the stamp so it attaches to the acrylic plate. Bring the plate up, ink the stamp with "full strength" So Saffron ink, and put it back down on your paper, as shown in the last of the three photos below.

Do the same with the final of the three stamps in this three-step stamp set, the outline stamp. This one I stamped in Bumblebee ink.

Finally, the Wild Rose dies cuts out the flower just perfectly!

I did the same type of thing on thy leaves, starting with Soft Seafoam for the bolder images, and adding Pear Pizzazz outlines.

So what's this about a giveaway, you say? The Stamparatus is an amazing tool. It is known for other techniques besides this one, too. And I have decided, that because I'll soon be celebrating 20 fabulous years with Stampin' Up!®, I need to share the fun by giving away some product! During the rest of this month of April (happy Stampiversary to me on April 25!), when you purchase the Stamparatus, I'll throw in a carrying bag for it absolutely free!

*Please take note that the bag is retiring. If it should sell out before the end of April, This giveaway will also end.*

One. Last. Thing.: Did you know that the To A Wild Rose stamp set is on clearance for just $23.40? Even better, the Wild Rose dies that sold for $34 in the 2020-2021 Annual Catalog, are now selling for an AMAZING $8.50. WHAAAAAAAT???? Yep, for just $31.90 plus shipping and tax, you can have them both! Woot! Deal of the century!

Happy stamping, my wonderful stamping friends!

Amy
