Easter Bunny Sweet Slim Line

With Easter fast approaching, I needed to use the Easter Bunny stamp set and punch one last time before it retires at the end of April (or when it sells out). Last week Monday, March 18, the Last Chance list for the January-April 2024 Mini Catalog and 2023-2024 Annual Catalog was released. I shared it in a blog post, along with lots of other information. You can find that blog post here.

But I digress...back to the bunnies. One thing I just love to do is stamp a line-art image on Designer Series Paper because it gives the image a pattern and also allows for adding color to the image without having to color it. For the bunnies in the Easter Bunny stamp set, I wanted to use a lighter, pastel Designer Series Paper (DSP), and the retiring Inked Botanicals DSP fit the bill.

Stamping on and fussy cutting this DSP made a super cute Slim Line card.

Here are the papers from the pack that I used for the paper piecing and fussy cutting I did:

Oh, that carrot and Easter egg! 🤗

The rest of the card was pretty simple.

Petal Pink cardstock:

-7" x 8 1/2", scored in half at 3 1/2"

Basic White cardstock:

-7 3/8" x 2 3/8"

Basic Gray cardstock:

-7 1/2" x 2 1/2"

Lost Lagoon cardstock:

-5 1/2" x 1 1/4" for the hill, cut using a die from the Garden Meadow Dies in the Online Exclusives area of my online store. You can get a link to those dies, along with links to the rest of the products I've used in this card by heading to the bottom of this blog post.

Happy Easter, my friends!

Amy
