A Quick Gift Packaging Solution

Just a quick check-in to share the box I made Wednesday during What's Up! Stampers?. It's been a crazy week, as I've been planning a large event at our school, which happens on Sunday, and time is of the essence. Sleep is needed.

But I digress...

One thing I love about the stamping community is the willingness to share. This box design comes from demonstrator Angie Juda. I globbed onto it mostly because it was easy and also because it fits what I originally wanted to put into it - a Bath & Body Works hand sanitizer. BUT...it can fit a lot of chocolate in it, too. ;)

When I made the box, it was my full intention to use several Sale-a-bration items to showcase a few things that are available for free, each with a $50 order. Here are the items I used:

- Adorable Owls stamp set

-Dainty Flowers Designer Series Paper

-White 3/4" Frayed Ribbon

You can see the Sale-a-bration items that are available by heading to my website. Click here to head there now.

I just love how the little box turned out.

I colored the owl in colors from the box...Rich Razzleberry, Petal Pink (the Designer Series Paper has Blushing Bride instead, but I wanted to color with Stampin' Blends, and we don't carry that color), and Old Olive. I added So Saffron beak and feet. The little shine you see in the background is a scalloped heart cut out of Rose Gold Foil Paper. I had one leftover from another project, so I decided to throw it in for some shine and color.

Thanks again to Angie Juda for her fabulous, simple pattern:

You can watch me make the box here. At the end of this blog post, you can find a list of supplies I used to create the box, along with links to the products in my online store.

Stamping blessings,

Amy
