Every time a new catalog comes out, I will be able to guarantee there will be stamps with flowers in it. Why? Because that's what so many gravitate towards. But what I have noticed during the many many years I have been stamping with Stampin' Up!® is that floral stamp sets - although similar at times - always seem to have that little tweak or little something different than the stamp set that came before it. What I've also noticed is that the flowers just keep getting better. Let's take In Bloom, for instance, which can be found on page 45 of the January - June 2021 Mini Catalog (JJ21 Mini), and which I wrote about at length in my blog post on January 3. Yes, In Bloom has flowers, stems, leaves, flower centers, different ways to combine the pieces to make different types of flowers...you get the idea. But what this stamp set also has is beautiful sentiments with a super fun font.
But wait! There's more! (I crack up at those infomercials that tout their wares with special deals like that!) It's semi-normal to have a floral stamp set that has dies to coordinate. So what makes this stamp set and bundle different? Check out these amazing dies that have fun, detailed perforations on them. Those perforations really help make the cut flowers stand out above the rest. So sweet!
I get it. It's difficult to see how those dies can cute up a project in no time flat when we just see the stamp set and dies sitting statically on my blog page. But what if we see some samples made by the creative team at Stampin' Up!? These projects are just delightful!
When you purchase the In Bloom bundle with me during its life in the catalog, I will give a PDF tutorial of the first cards shown - the sweet Balmy Blue ones that coordinate so nicely. I will also provide supply list for the other three cards shown here. This will be my special thank you to those who enjoy these sweet flowers as much as I do.
I honestly think that even though I posted this card earlier in January, it's worth sharing again. This card showcases the Pierced Blooms Dies and the Paper Blooms Designer Series Paper that is free during Sale-a-bration with a $50 order. Cut out the flowers and leaves using the dies from the In Bloom Bundle. Perfect!
Don't you see? These three products - the In Bloom stamps, the Pierced Blooms Dies, and the Paper Blossoms DSP have a world of possibilities ready for you!
Stamping blessings,
Amy
