One of the things I enjoy most about being a demonstrator is being able to go to demonstrator events. The first year I was a demonstrator and was invited to go to our annual convention, we had just moved from Alaska to Minnesota and was 8 months pregnant with Owen. It was not in the cards to go to convention that year. However, the following year, off I went to Kansas City for my very first convention, and I can't tell you what an experience that was! I went with a good friend of many years, and it was so memorable. I knew I wanted more.
Since that first convention in 2002, I haven't missed many Conventions, Regionals, or Leadership Conferences...or these days, OnStages. The atmosphere is addictive, the training is thorough, the demonstrations amazing, the new catalogs received at each are unbelievable, the perks are crazy awesome...you get the idea.
I'm really looking forward to registering to attend the first OnStage held since November of 2019! I'll be attending a local event withsome team members this November, while the live event will be held in Vienna. If you'd like to join us, we'd love to have you! OnStage is the creme de la creme of demonstrator events, but there are other opportunities to get together with other demonstrators, both virtually and in person. This past weekend, I attended and presented at an event called Creative Connections. Creative Connections is an event put on by a group of leader demonstrators for demonstrators on their teams. In all of our recent years' get togethers for this event, we've even had Stampin' Up! employees join either live or virtually. It's a big event with big names and so many wonderful tips and projects shared.
I love that so many of my team members decided to go this year! Check us out - we're so happy! And for good reason. We were together at a demonstrator event!
