Cool Layout, Take 2: Stamps, Ink, Paper

In Wednesday morning's blog post, I shared a card layout that I fell in love with this week. You can see that blog post here.

I shared these great cards using this basic layout.

Then on Wednesday afternoon during What's Up! Stampers? I decided I should make one more, featuring the Perfect Pomegranate stamp set. It turned out beautifully.

As I was looking for some Designer Series Paper to coordinate with the pomegranates, I think the perfect one turned up in Awash in Beauty. It's mostly florals, but the soft watercolor back sides felt just right. I used no accessories on this card, yet I don't even think they're necessary. It's simply stamps, ink,and paper. I did use the Banners Pick-a-Punch to banner cut the strips at the bottom, but if you don't have that punch, those can easily be cut with a scissors.

Here are the sizes I cut the paper...

Merry Merlot cardstock:

-4 1/4" x 11", scored in half at 5 1/2"

Blushing Bride cardstock:

-4 1/4" x 1/2"

Basic White cardstock:

-3" x 4"

Awash in Beauty Designer Series Paper:

-4" x 5 1/4"

-4 1/4" x 1"

-Three pieces 3/4" x 2 1/2"

You can see the list of supplies I used on this card, along with links to my online store, here:

Remember that the Perfect Pomegranate stamp set is free to hosts with a $300 or more party or to anyone who places an order of $300 or more during Sale-a-bration. You can shop my online store or contact me to chat about how we can get that stamp set for you before the end of the month. It's so unique and beautiful, and in my opinion has many possibilities.

My BOGO SALE IS COMING!!!

Get more bang for your buck these next couple of weeks by shopping my BOGO sale!

Please remember that shopping the BOGO sale means you must shop my online store after choosing your retired items. Here's how the BOGO sale works...

Step one (YOU): Join my BOGO Sale group on Facebook so you are ready to view and purchase all of the retired items I'll be posting on August 13 and 14. Join that Facebook group here.

Step two (ME): On Tuesday, I will upload more pictures of retired items I'm selling into albums in our Facebook group. Each item will be labeled with a price, and the albums are labeled clearly. E.g. Stamps, Bundles, Paper, Ribbon, etc. Last day to shop is Wednesday, August 24.

Step three (YOU): Starting on Sunday, August 14, at noon, scroll through the items and be the first to type "Mine" in the comments under the photos of the things you would like. Items will be given to the person to respond "Mine" first.

Step four (YOU, then double checked by ME): When you have finished shopping the retired items in the Facebook group, add up your total cost of the "purchased" items, then go to my online store to place an order of that same amount. For instance, say you decide to purchase $25 worth of products on my BOGO Facebook page. Instead of paying me $25, head to my online store to place a $25 order using this link. Please place your order by August 31.

Step five (ME): Time for me to prepare your retired items for shipping! Your retired items will be free, but you will need to pay the shipping. I will use the smallest possible flat-rate box for your items in order to get you your best deal. Payment for shipping can be made through PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or by cash or check. I'll send your retired items shortly after I receive that shipping payment.

So do you see now how this BOGO thing is pretty cool? Buy new, get retired for free! What a deal. If you have any questions, Please don't hesitate to comment here or email me using the email button at the button of this page.

Happy shopping, everyone!

Amy
