Stamp Together Saturday (STS) is my favorite - every week. And it's because of you! I love that so many of your join me live or watch later. I'm hoping you have found some great card layouts that you have used during our 2 years of doing STS. Most generally, the layouts are quick and easy, and as we make them together, each takes 10-15 minutes, or less.
Last week's STS card featured four small squares of Designer Series Paper and a tiny image stamped on the diagonal of a small white or vanilla square of cardstock. Here is the card layout map:
I had received this swap from a demonstrator friend a couple of years ago, and it features Designer Series Paper that is retired and the Whale Done stamp set.
When cutting off the right front edge of the card, it gives us the opportunity to do a little peek-a-boo. As shown above, adhere a piece of 1" x 5 1/2" cardstock or Designer Series Paper to the inside ride side of the card. because of the shorter front edge, that extra piece of paper or DSP shows.
As always, when preparing for the Saturday morning stamp together, I posted the cutting and supplies instructions.
This is the card I made live during STS last Saturday. It's got the exact same layout as my inspiration card above, but I changed out the Designer Series Paper to Flowering Fields from the January - June 2022 Mini Catalog and the Happy Hedgehogs stamp set. All I needed was the little butterfly for my little 1" square of Basic White cardstock, turned on the diagonal.
Gosh this stamp set is so cute!!!
You can watch the video from May 28th's Stamp Together Saturday here, and for a complete list of supplies I used on the butterfly card, see below.
Stamping blessings!
