Occasionally a product retires that I haven't given its proper dues. That definitely happened with the Kraft Notecards & Envelopes from the 2023-2024 Annual Catalog. It was such a cool product, and on Wednesday during What's Up! I shared a simple idea using those notecards and how to easily create 20 quick cards using a pack of Designer Series Paper, notecards & envelopes, some cardstock, and a punch.
I chose the Delightfully Eclectic Designer Series Paper (DSP) for my notecards. This DSP
has so many amazing options that allow for a wide variety of notecards and occasions. The process is so simple. I love that these few items can make 20 notecards in a hurry!
I used the soon retiring Double Oval Punch for my sentiments.
The one problem is that now the Kraft Notecards & Envelopes have sold out. But never fear, a replacement is here! We've got Basic White Notecards & Envelopes that can be used the very same way. I made up one of them to show how versatile an idea this is.
For all of these cards, I used a variety of sentiments so I could easily grab a card that fits the occasion I need. Another idea is to make the cards, stamp a bunch of sentiments, put Stampin' Dimensionals on the back, and store them together. When I need a card, then, I'll be able to choose in the moment a card to fit the person and the sentiment.
The paper sizes for these note cards are as follows:
-20 Basic White Notecards & Envelopes
Delightfully Eclectic Designer Series Paper:
-20 pieces 4 1/2" x 3"
Coordinating cardstock:
-20 pieces 4 5/8" x 3 1/8"
-cardstock scraps for sentiment and layer

That’s usually my go to for quick cards, as I rarely ever can just come up with something at the spur of the moment without doing some planning. I usually make sure I have lots of cards and envelopes on hand and then just use up all my scraps; or at least I try my best to use up all the scraps. I usually try to use the same card stock on a pack with different DSP and stick with same color ink as well, like you, also to just one punch. This makes it all so much easier, than going back and forth between so many different colors and card stock and punches or dies; because I really dislike…
